Tradexam provides education, not personalised financial advice.

No Tradexam page, lesson, assessment, lecture, article, example, chart, review, email or contributor statement should be interpreted as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, exchange or otherwise transact in a financial instrument or digital asset.

Tradexam provides

General education

Concept explanations, learning frameworks, assessments, research methods and general risk awareness.

Tradexam does not provide

Personal recommendations

Individual trade instructions, portfolio management, account operation, tax planning or investment suitability decisions.

User responsibility

Independent decisions

Users remain responsible for research, provider verification, risk assessment and their own financial actions.

This Educational Disclaimer applies to the Tradexam website, including Learning Materials, Tests, Lecture Hall, articles, reviews, downloadable materials, mentor contributions, examples, charts and communication provided through official Tradexam channels.

It supplements the Tradexam Terms and Conditions and Risk Disclosure. Where there is a conflict, the more specific notice applicable to a particular page, feature or activity should also be reviewed.

01

Scope of This Disclaimer

This Disclaimer applies whenever Tradexam publishes or communicates information about trading, investing, financial markets, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, trading psychology, digital assets, financial tools or related subjects.

It applies regardless of whether content is presented as text, a table, chart, lesson, quiz, lecture, case example, review, checklist, comparison, email response or another educational format.

A separate disclosure may apply to a particular sponsored page, external service, contributor article or future website feature.

02

Educational and Informational Purpose

Tradexam content is intended to help users understand terminology, market structures, analytical methods, decision frameworks, behavioural risks and general financial concepts.

Educational content may simplify a complex subject so that a specific concept can be explained clearly. Such simplification may omit variables, exceptions, costs or practical difficulties that would be relevant in a real transaction.

Education is not a guarantee of competence

Reading a lesson, watching a lecture or passing a test does not establish professional competence, practical trading ability or suitability for a financial product.

Users should combine education with independent research, practical caution and appropriately qualified advice where required.

03

No Financial, Investment, Legal or Tax Advice

Tradexam does not provide personalised financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice.

Tradexam does not know or evaluate your:

  • financial position or income;
  • debts, obligations or essential expenses;
  • investment objectives;
  • knowledge or practical experience;
  • tax circumstances;
  • time horizon;
  • risk tolerance; or
  • legal and regulatory obligations.

For this reason, Tradexam content cannot determine whether an investment, transaction, strategy, platform or product is appropriate for you.

You should consult an appropriately qualified and authorised professional when advice tailored to your circumstances is required.

04

No Adviser, Client or Fiduciary Relationship

Accessing Tradexam, completing a test, sending an email, submitting a contact form or communicating with a contributor does not create an adviser-client, broker-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership or professional-services relationship.

General responses to website questions remain educational unless Tradexam expressly enters into a separate written agreement that clearly states otherwise.

Tradexam does not assume a duty to monitor your financial position, transactions, portfolio, accounts or changes in market conditions.

05

Tradexam is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, wallet provider, investment manager, portfolio manager or trade-execution platform.

06

Tests, Scores and Learning Assessments

Tradexam tests are educational self-assessment tools intended to help users identify concepts that may require further review.

A score, badge, completion result or assessment outcome is not:

  • a professional qualification;
  • a licence or regulatory authorisation;
  • a financial-advice credential;
  • proof of practical trading ability;
  • a prediction of future profitability;
  • an approval to manage another person’s funds; or
  • evidence that a financial product is suitable for the user.

Tests may use simplified scenarios and selected-answer formats that cannot reproduce the complexity of live financial decision-making.

07

Examples, Demonstrations and Simulations

Tradexam may use hypothetical prices, fictional portfolios, simplified charts, demo scenarios, historical illustrations or simulated calculations to explain a concept.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, an educational example should not be interpreted as:

  • a record of an actual transaction;
  • a statement of money earned by a user;
  • a forecast of future market movement;
  • a promise that a strategy will work;
  • a complete representation of fees, taxes or slippage; or
  • a recommendation to reproduce the example.
Hypothetical outcomes have limitations

A simulated or backtested result may not reflect live execution, market liquidity, transaction costs, emotional decision-making, data errors or changing market conditions.

08

Past Performance and Future Results

Past performance does not guarantee or reliably predict future results. A market, asset, strategy or model that performed favourably during one period may perform differently during another.

Performance information may be affected by:

  • the selected measurement period;
  • fees and transaction costs;
  • tax assumptions;
  • market and economic conditions;
  • currency movements;
  • liquidity and execution quality;
  • data selection and calculation methods; and
  • whether results are actual, simulated or hypothetical.

Targets, projections and forecasts involve assumptions and uncertainty. They should not be treated as promises or guaranteed outcomes.

No profit guarantee

Tradexam does not guarantee returns, profitability, successful execution, loss prevention, strategy performance or recovery of capital.

09

Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness

Tradexam seeks to provide useful and understandable information but does not warrant that every page is complete, current, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Financial markets, products, laws, software, platform terms, fees and technical standards can change after content is published.

Publication dates and update dates should be considered when evaluating a page. Users should verify time-sensitive information through appropriate current and primary sources.

Tradexam may correct, update, reorganise or remove content without prior notice.

10

Authors, Mentors and Contributors

Tradexam may publish material written, reviewed or presented by authors, editors, mentors or other contributors.

Contributor participation does not create a personal advisory relationship between the contributor and a website user.

A contributor may explain a general method, opinion or educational framework. Such content should not be interpreted as a personal instruction or a guarantee that another person will obtain the same result.

Views attributed to a contributor may represent that contributor’s analysis at the time of publication and may not represent every possible interpretation.

11

Charts, Calculators, AI and Automated Tools

Tradexam may discuss or use charts, indicators, calculators, algorithms, automated systems, artificial intelligence or other analytical tools.

Outputs produced by a tool may be affected by inaccurate data, incorrect assumptions, software errors, unavailable services, model limitations or changing market conditions.

Indicators

Technical indicators summarise selected historical data and cannot identify every future movement.

Calculators

A calculation may use simplified assumptions and may exclude fees, taxes, spreads or practical constraints.

Automated systems

Automation may execute incorrect instructions, fail during outages or behave differently in unexpected conditions.

Artificial intelligence

AI-generated or AI-assisted material may contain errors and requires appropriate human review and independent verification.

No software output should be relied upon as the sole basis for a financial decision.

12

Third-Party Platforms, Products and Links

Tradexam may mention or link to brokers, exchanges, wallets, tools, software, educational resources, financial products or other third-party services.

A mention, comparison or external link does not automatically constitute an endorsement, guarantee, partnership or confirmation that the provider is appropriate for a particular user.

Tradexam does not control a third party’s:

  • licensing or regulatory status;
  • financial condition;
  • fees or pricing;
  • security measures;
  • custody arrangements;
  • data practices;
  • withdrawal procedures;
  • customer support; or
  • continued availability.

Users should independently verify a third party before creating an account, depositing funds, connecting a wallet or providing personal information.

13

Sponsored, Affiliate and Commercial Content

Tradexam may in the future publish sponsored content, use affiliate links or receive compensation connected with a product, provider or referral.

Where applicable, a relevant disclosure should be displayed on or near the affected content.

Commercial compensation does not remove the user’s responsibility to conduct independent research and review the provider’s own terms, risks and legal status.

The presence of an affiliate or sponsored relationship does not guarantee product quality, safety, profitability or suitability.

This section does not mean that every external link or reference on Tradexam is commercial.

14

User Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own research, financial decisions, transactions, account security and compliance with laws applicable to you.

Before making a financial decision, you should consider:

  • whether you understand the product and how losses may arise;
  • whether a loss would affect essential expenses or financial stability;
  • whether the provider has been independently verified;
  • all fees, spreads, financing costs and tax consequences;
  • liquidity, leverage and counterparty risks;
  • the security of devices, accounts and credentials; and
  • whether qualified professional advice is required.

You should never share a password, private key, wallet recovery phrase, API secret or one-time authentication code with Tradexam.

15

Reliance and Limitation of Responsibility

Tradexam content is provided on a general educational and informational basis. You use and rely on the website at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradexam does not accept responsibility for losses arising from:

  • a financial decision based on general website content;

  • use of leverage, derivatives or digital assets;
  • errors, omissions or outdated information;

  • technical failures, interruptions or unavailable content;
  • fraud, phishing or account compromise; or
  • misinterpretation or misuse of educational material.
